Mr. McGaughey is a retired U.S. Army Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent, with an operational background. He has planned & managed Host Nation security liaison operations and Presidential Security Support details. As a Special-Agent-in-Charge (SAC) of a forward-deployed CI operations unit, he was responsible for the security of 20,000-plus personnel, as the CI officer assigned to the Assault Command Post in Bosnia & Herzegovina he successfully managed CI, anti-terrorism & force protection & surveillance operations supporting US, NATO & United Nations operations around the globe; he managed surveillance operations in Europe & was a senior instructor for surveillance & counter-surveillance for senior military personnel. Completing his military career, he expanded his skillset into managing division & corporate security operations in support of clients ranging from the U.S. Army Staff, Pentagon Force Protection Operations, the Joint Staff & the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.  In 2000, he founded 29-TEN Security Consulting, LLC where he draws upon his 40-years of experience to bring tailored security management, support, education & training to both government agencies and private clientele around the globe.

Kevin R. Cummings  // CI Special-Agent in-Charge, USA,  Ret  //  Senior Advisor – EMEA  //  Brighton, United Kingdon

As a Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent with a military police foundation, Mr. Cummings’ military resume includes assignments from Special-Agent-in-Charge of multiple CI units, to operations within high-risk environments from the U.S. & Far East, through Europe, the Balkans & the Middle East supporting U.S. NATO & United Nations missions. Kevin utilizes his bespoke skills, training & experience to appraise our client’s current policies & procedures & provide real-time, critical on-ground assessments & advisories for upgrading threat appraisal & responses.  His combined 37-years military & private security close-support/protection and operations experience allows him to conduct operations from experience & and not from a manual. From his base in the U.K., Kevin provides security & surveillance operations support, manages an effective liaison program with key intelligence & corporate operations teams and provides direct security consulting support for both our U.S. & EMEA clients.

Gerry Kendle, USAF (Ret)  //  CPD, WMD (NCBRT)  //  Senior Consultant: CPTED and Law Enforcement  //  Hagarstown, Maryland   

Mr. Kendle’s background encompasses over 30-years of experience, cultivated through both military and police special operations. His U.S. Air Force tenure consisted of numerous deployments, supporting executive and priority resource protection details in high-threat areas to include Iraq, Kuwait & Qatar and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Europe and South America.  His law enforcement career includes assignments within the Weapons of Mass Destruction operations center, investigations and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) operations.   Mr. Kendle’s CPTED credentials include Carter associates, Advanced CPTED training with Art Hushen of the National Crime Prevention Institute and course work with Randall IAtlas, Ph.D., AIA, CPP. He has logged over 1,500 hours conducting security assessments on a wide variety of facilities, to include baseball stadiums, campuses, houses of worship, industrial, commercial & residential facilities.

Milan Bogdanovic, USN //  Special Warfare Operator (SEAL)  //  Senior Consultant: Global Communications  //  Connecticut 

Mr. Bogdanovic’s experience encompasses ten years as a Naval Special Warfare Operator (SEAL), multiple postings in support of both military and Government Agency operations and tours as a private Maritime Security Specialist. His skill set and training were honed through countless deployments supporting U.S. government operations as a team leader, and within maritime security/anti-piracy special operations assignments. Milan’s duties and responsibilities ranged from personal protection to national security interests, assignments in the Middle East to the Balkans, supporting the U.S., NATO, and United Nations missions to include direct action missions involving PIFWIC operations. His primary areas of focus for our clients will include specialized communications that extend to video systems, reconnaissance and surveillance and the evaluation and management of technical and personnel protection operations.
